Reader’s car: Masashi Kameoka’s Toyota Mark X

- March 20, 2013 - 2

The Toyota Mark X … is that a concept car or something? Surprisingly not, it’s even been around since 2004 and it’s in its second generation by now. You folks may not have heard of it because as usual, Japan gets the best cars; it’s exclusive to Japan. That’s alright though, we all appreciate a fine automobile when we see one and in light of the Toyota Mark X, it may not be quick but it’s quite cool looking and luxurious.

A contrast to last article, Yuu’s Infiniti G37, this Mark X owned by FOM reader Masashi Kameoka keeps things nice and simple.

Overall it’s a smooth vehicle with flowing lines and so the small touches like the custom grill and the engravings on the projectors show the owners attention to detail.

It’s also sitting on some pretty fancy shoes, courtesy of Work Meisters S1 3P in a glossy bronze finish. While being complimented by it’s HKS suspension.

No matter where Mr. Kameoka goes, he knows he’s rolling in style. It’s amazing what the little things can do. I know we’d love to be seen in this thing.

Parts:

-WORK Meister S1 3P in Glossy Bronze (HPG) Finish
    -Sizing is a 19◊9.5 (A-Disk) F & 19◊10.5 (O-Disk) R
    -HKS’s suspension
    -2.5l v6 engine, stock
    -Custom engraving on the projectors
    -Custom painted grill.

    Hello there !
That’s an awesome work there. I was wondering, how much would the owner sell it for, if it happens he/she think of selling it.
