It is for two years in a row now that Fatlace is producing the annual Offset King Japan car extraordinaire (really just saying “car show” doesn’t cover the crazy creations people come forth with) at the breathtaking Fuji Speedway. They do this in association with Formula Drift so you can expect how buzzing and insane it is. On one hand you have the parked up stanced out insanity and on the other all you can hear are screaming engines drifting through the chicanes.
Whilst Alex was there for us to cover the Formula D side of the event, unfortunately he had to take a flight back to “earth” the day Offset Kings was held.
Not to worry though, as Toshiyuki was there not only to make sure that you experience the show through his lens, but also to snatch up second place with his Onevia PS13. Clearly the Farmofminds lugnuts are doing a great job.
Due to the tons of pictures that Toshi has provided to us we’re going to break this up into several parts. There were several usual and unusual suspects that showed up for the meeting and I am not going to lie and didn’t even try to attempt to categorize it somehow. As always with everything that comes out of Japan there is going to be something for everyone.
Thanks again to Fatlace and Formula D for the great event! Enjoy the pictures and get ready for part 2 coming real soon..
