Do you remember your high school days? I sure am forgetting fast, but one thing I will never forget is my first vehicle that was passed to me by my step father. That vehicle was the 1994 Nissan Pathfinder and was developed from the D21 Hardbody truck with similar functions. During the time of me owning it I would always wonder, “how can I modify it?” I would imagine large off road wheels and massive shocks.
Well, I would have never seen this coming from one owner in Japan, at least not with this truck. A great representation of the D21 which brings out some interesting elements that were hidden by its conservative design.
On the northeast Japanese island of Hokkaido lives this Bosozuku inspired D21 owned by Sinz, and may I say, truly brings out a great character on the streets.
Sitting low with its feet tucked gives this ride a longer and more appealing look, while the stance plants it firmly on the ground.
Having the ground be one more line as a part of its design brings out some of the great elements like the graphic line down the side, and does something that I did not think was possible. It branches out of it’s conservative design and pushes in the territory of contemporary styling.
It is alway great to see the attention to details. The fenders on this vehicle are perfectly made for an interesting tuck, flexing its muscles.
This D21 is a good example of taste and character. I believe that the owner successfully fulfilled the goal of this build and we truly appreciate to have his vehicle here on Farm of Minds.
Please enjoy some more shots of this contemporary “Hardbody,” as well as a list of mods.
Thank you for reading.
