When I first saw this shots, I thought that this is from the time when they tested Honda S2000 back in 1998/9. Then I thought it is S2000 club racer (CR).
But Honda showed us a lot of concept lately(old Dualnote, HSC, Acura Advanced Sports car concept) and if you look closely at this spotted car, you’ll see that there is heavy-duty double wishbone suspension under the car, big wheels and tires and much more wider than S2000. So is Honda testing the real NSX? Probably.
